🌊We’re hiring an Account Manager for the Korean Market who is ready to make waves through data, impact and trust 🌊Persona.ly is a global company developing machine-learning models to predict user behavior in mobile apps.We work with some of the top apps in the gaming, fintech, and e-commerce verticals across different markets, including Japan, China, Russia, the USA, and South Korea.We help with their user acquisition and retargeting growth efforts and provide data-driven insights based on our predictive models, which process over 4 million transactions a second and have more than 70 data points.In this role, you will be part of our global business development team, managing and growing relationships with our key clients in the market, alongside the business development director.The position is a fully remote work model.You will:🐋Manage seamless communication, create long-term partnerships, and upsell🐋Communicate to HQ the clients’ data and needs, to provide strategic advice and improve performance🐋Be a key player in expanding our growth and Persona.ly's brand.🐋Represent the company at commercial events (may involve occasional travel)Qualifications:☑ Experience in account management/ CSM/ sales from Ad-Tech/ MMP/ gaming- must🤖 Passionate about performance marketing, data and client satisfaction🗣️ Highly proficient in English for communication with HQ, native-level proficiency in Korean📊 Analytical and results-driven, with the capability to understand a complex ML product🤓 A great communicator, with awareness of personalization strategies, curious, proactive🌎 Experience working in international settings- a big plus.Send CVs to hr@persona.ly and we'll be happy to tell you more!
