Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Account Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Achieving sales targets for products and services from the APN Promise portfolio.Delivering on set sales plans in line with the company’s strategy.Selecting appropriate strategies for the development and management of assigned clients.Negotiating and renegotiating contracts and terms.Regularly reporting the outcomes of sales meetings and negotiations, as well as achieved sales results (CRM). Acquiring new clients and expanding the portfolio of products and services among existing clients.Building and maintaining long-term, lasting relationships with clients. Conducting client meetings and analyzing client needs.Responsibility for the entire sales process. Preparing offers and sales presentations.Coordinating and monitoring the execution of sales agreements.Negotiating and selling all services in the APN Promise portfolio. Actively generating interest in technological solutions and analyzing market trends.Presenting the company and APN Promise's service portfolio at external conferences, debates, and business events.Continuously expanding personal knowledge of products, services, and solutions within the APN Promise portfolio.Collaboration with other departments and active participation in cross-departmental projects and trainings.Our RequirementsMicrosoft Azure & Cloud Services Portfolio Knowledge: Solid understanding of Azure and cloud offerings to confidently position the right solutions for enterprise clients. Consultative Selling & Needs Analysis: Skilled in running discovery meetings, identifying business challenges, and aligning offerings to client priorities. Value-Driven Presentations & Demos: Ability to deliver clear, persuasive presentations tailored to both business and technical stakeholders. Proposal Development: Experience preparing customer-facing proposals, business cases, and ROI narratives supporting commercial discussions. Stakeholder Management & Communication: Strong relationship-building skills and ability to navigate complex enterprise environments. Sales Pipeline & CRM Management: Proficient in managing opportunities end to end, forecasting, and operating CRM systems. Negotiation & Deal Closing: Effective in structuring offers, handling objections, and closing complex enterprise deals. Project Scoping Support: Ability to support pre-sales scoping and align commercial expectations with delivery realities.
