Job DescriptionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities by partnering with Building Management (BM) to adopt Parkee’s B2C product.Deliver presentations, conduct product pitching, and lead negotiations with BM until agreement/contract signing.Organize and support product socialization sessions with building users/tenants/visitors to introduce and encourage usage of Parkee’s B2C product.Act as the main liaison between Building Management, end-users, and internal teams (marketing, business operations, product, business development) to ensure effective implementation.Monitor ops on-site performance and coordinate with the ops team to ensure execution aligns with business targets.Achieve sales, transaction, and user adoption targets.Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, negotiation progress, socialization activities, and ops performance.Collect feedback from BM and end users to support product development and improvementsJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fieldFresh graduates are welcome to apply, internship or freelance experience in sales is a plusStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skillsHigh motivation, target-driven, and eager to learnAnalytical mindset with ability to identify customer/BM needs and propose effective solutionsBasic to intermediate Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills to process and analyze sales or client dataSelf motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a teamWilling to travel or work flexible hours if needed
