We value strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and the ability to manage complex relationships across multiple markets.Your Main Tasks:Lead and manage strategic relationships with payment providers, banks, and EMIs across multiple regions.Drive negotiations on commercial terms, payment flows, and integration conditions with existing and potential partners.Oversee and optimize payment operations to ensure stability, cost-efficiency, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.Identify, evaluate, and implement new payment solutions tailored to market specifics and business goals.Own the full PSP lifecycle — from initial selection and onboarding to performance monitoring and scaling.Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Product, and Finance teams to ensure smooth and reliable payment processes.Prepare analytical reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making.💡 What We’re Looking For:4+ years of experience in a similar role within PSP, fintech, betting, or gambling industries (merchant or provider side).Proven success in managing complex integrations and multiple PSP relationships simultaneously.Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Solid understanding of payment flows, transaction monitoring, and risk control.English — Upper-Intermediate+ (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.Strategic thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.🤝 What We Offer:A culture of trust and respect, not micromanagement.The ability to influence payment strategy and partner selection.Complex, meaningful projects that challenge you and help you grow.Career growth opportunities within a mature, supportive team.Paid vacation, sick leave, and all statutory benefits.
