Our client is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join their team in Rustenburg!If you’re passionate about building strong client relationships, driving service excellence, and delivering results in the mining or heavy industrial sector — this opportunity is for you.As the key link between our client and their customers, you’ll ensure outstanding service delivery, uphold safety standards, and achieve commercial and operational targets.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow client relationships through regular site visits and proactive engagement.Ensure SLA compliance and seamless service delivery.Identify risks, opportunities, and drive account growth.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.Maintain a client satisfaction rating of 80% or higher.Requirements:Matric + Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related technical field.3–5 years’ experience in a technical account management or client-facing role (mining or heavy industry preferred).Strong technical understanding of electrical/electronic systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.If you’re confident that you meet the requirements and ready to make an impact — we’d love to hear from you!
