You will drive commercial growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.You will collaborate closely with a newly structured Customer Success team that handles delivery and support, while retaining full ownership of your client relationships and renewal strategy.Key responsibilities:Manage and grow an existing customer base (~€3–4M ARR)Identify and execute on upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesDrive renewals and ensure long-term client satisfactionCoordinate with internal teams such as Customer Success, Product, and SupportAct as the trusted strategic partner for your clientsWhat makes this company uniqueMarket leader in the Netherlands with a 9.2/10 client ratingAll operations managed in-house (development, support, implementation)Strong, long-term partnerships built on trust and reliabilityClear path for growth into Senior Account Manager or Key Account rolesWho are you?
