Job Scope:Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact and building trust and rapport.Understand clients' objectives, goals, and preferences to deliver tailored event solutions.Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.Strategic Planning and Consultation:Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals, budgets, and timelines.Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients regarding event concepts, themes, and formats.Work closely with the creative and production teams to develop event strategies aligned with client objectives.To lead, plan and create winning proposals for clients (new and existing)Project Management:Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring flawless delivery and adherence to timelines.Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and event registration.Team Leadership:Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.Ensure effective communication and coordination between the client experience team and other departments within the agency.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Events, Communications, or Marketing preferred.Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience focusing on Events.Strong planning and coordination skills in live MICE events.Experience with Hubspot CRM, budgeting, and project tracking tools.High responsiveness, solution-oriented mindset, strong written and verbal comms.Must be able to manage 3–5 concurrent clients independently.Strong written and communication skills to meet deadlines consistently.
