We pursue a “Small Team, Big Impact” philosophy — driving innovation in the ever-changing advertising industry with an agile pace, strong teamwork, and a culture of ownership.## What you will doOwn Client OnboardingSpearhead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and partners, managing project plans, tracking progress, and proactively solving roadblocks to ensure a swift and successful launch.Understanding Client NeedsAct as the primary point of contact for all operational matters. Develop a deep understanding of each client's business goals and technical workflows to provide tailored support and strategic guidance.Drive Performance & OptimizationMonitor and analyze client performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement and leading initiatives to help them achieve greater success with our product.Basic Technical TroubleshootingPerform initial technical troubleshooting, review system configurations, and navigate our codebase to investigate issues, effectively translating client needs into actionable tasks for our development team.## QualificationsExceptional CommunicationCrystal-clear written and verbal communication skills in English. Professional fluency in Korean is highly preferred for seamless collaboration with our development team.Technical AptitudeAble to grasp technical concepts quickly and has strong problem-solving skills.Business AcumenA strong understanding of business operations and the drive to become an expert on our product and clients.Meticulous OrganizationOutstanding attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects effectively.Meticulous OrganizationPrior experience in client-facing roles or positions requiring regular communication with external partners is a plus.
