Account Manager Service Sales

In this role, you will maintain and expand our customer base in the Retail sector, focusing on service contracts for refrigeration systems. You will work closely with customers such as supermarkets, distribution centers, and commercial facilities, offering smart and sustainable service solutions that truly make a difference.Tasks: Achieving your annual sales targets (contracts, one-off projects, modernizations).Managing and expanding your customer portfolio within service contracts.Preparing quotations and negotiating contract terms.Analyzing revenue, costs, and margins per customer or contract — and adjusting where needed.Identifying commercial opportunities and market trends.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.Reporting on progress, customer satisfaction, and sales results.Conducting regular customer visits to identify needs and offer suitable solutions.Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree (HBO level) or equivalent, preferably in a commercial field.Multiple years of experience in a sales role within a service-oriented environment.Strong communication and negotiation skills.A proactive attitude and customer-focused mindset.Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.Fluent in both Dutch and English.
