Account Manager – Tuusula, Finland | Full-time, PermanentAre you driven by customer success and passionate about building long-term business relationships?We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our expanding team in Tuusula, supporting Spandex’s growth across the visual communication and signage industry.About the RoleAs an Account Manager, you’ll manage and develop a defined portfolio of key B2B customers, ensuring excellent service, identifying new opportunities, and helping our clients grow their businesses.You’ll work closely with Product Management, Supply Chain, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions and strengthen our market presence in Finland.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers.Identify, qualify, and manage opportunities to achieve sales targets and increase wallet share.Negotiate prices and commercial terms to ensure profitable and competitive agreements.Collaborate across internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer developments to shape strategy.What You’ll BringProven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within the signage, graphics, or visual communications industry.Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.Fluent Finnish (spoken and written) and good command of English.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP or C4C is a plus.A structured, proactive, and results-oriented working style with a genuine customer focus.Why Join SpandexAt Spandex, we value collaboration, innovation, and growth.
