Account Manager Specialist | Hybrid – Dublin 4€35,000–€42,000 + excellent benefits | Permanent | Energy & SustainabilityWe’re partnering with a fast-growing Irish company in the energy and sustainability sector that’s expanding its Customer Excellence function with two new Account Manager Specialists.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and building lasting client partnerships. You’ll be the main point of contact for key business customers—strengthening relationships, overseeing renewals, and uncovering opportunities to improve the customer experience at every stage of their journey.You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from onboarding and adoption through to renewal and retention.
