Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and work on a PropTech project. This role focuses on building sales revenue and driving new customer acquisition, and managing relationships with B2B clients in the Swedish market. You'll act as a trusted advisor, building and nurturing long-term partnerships. This is a sales-focused role with a strong emphasis on achieving targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.This position is ideal for Swedish candidates currently based in Bangkok or open to relocating. We are also open to both senior candidates and recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant work experience.Responsibilities:Engaging in B2B sales, with a focus on telemarketing, cold calling, and booking meetings with potential clients. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, acting as an advisor and consultant to meet their requirements.Managing the entire sales cycle, including generating quotations, conducting client meetings, acquiring new customers, and ensuring successful onboarding.Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure long-term advisory partnerships.Managing all client-related meetings, from initial contact to ongoing weekly follow-ups.Conducting client analysis to understand their needs and requirements better and identify new growth opportunities.Utilizing CRM systems to track client interactions, follow up on leads, and explore new channels for reaching potential clients.Taking full responsibility for the output and contributing to overall team efficiency and success.Qualifications:2 - 7 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Telemarketing or Customer Service.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields (Mandatory if less than 5 years work experience, for work permit)Fluent in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).Strong sales drive to achieve targets, ambitious, independent, and sales motivated.Willingness to learn and grow.Interest in PropTech, the real estate industry in general, interior design, 3D visualization, graphic design, and architecture.Full command of prospect qualification, targeting, proposal timing and adaptation, reference-based selling, strategic customer analysis, and account growth.Exemplifies self-discipline, focus, planning, and prioritization.Ability to identify inefficiencies or challenges and propose solutions, with initiative in refining workflows, communication, and personal sales process.Operates with limited instruction and clarifies proactively when needed.Navigates ambiguity with structured thinking and action.Able to work with the Swedish timezone.Open to relocation to work in Bangkok, Thailand.Benefits: 30 days of annual leave12 public holidays per year (aligned with Swedish public holidays)Performance-based commissionPromotions are reviewed annuallyAbout Iglu Iglu is a multinational network of companies that hires digital professionals around the world to work for international clients either fully-remote or from its locations in Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong.
