As a leading creative production and sourcing partner, we work with some of the world’s biggest brands and agencies, delivering content at scale to create campaigns that are more impactful, more effective and more efficient.We believe that the combination of different ideas, experience, backgrounds and skillsets create a great place to work, and we are committed to promoting an inclusive, equitable and diverse culture where each employee feels supported and empowered.The Account Manager is responsible for client engagement and project management service including requesting quote, managing timelines and deliverables in complex POSM & print sourcing and creative production projects.This role focus on developing relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience, and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.Responsibilities:Provide technical input and advise on print, POSM, visual merchandising and premium projectsOversee (and assist with) the procurement of clients marketing collateral, delivering on time, to specification, to quality and to contractual targetsProject management of campaigns and componentsDevelop strong relationships with client's brand teamsDevelop strong relationships with suppliersImplement and use of Tag’s reporting toolsMeasure customer satisfaction and take appropriate actionMeasure KPI's and service standards against agreed and obligated levelsPredict potential areas of shortfall and implement remedial action as necessaryWork alongside the Account Director to coordinate the activities of the Account Management teamWork with colleagues in other markets and the central support teams to consolidate production and to coordinate multi-country campaignsProvide support for Account Director and Account Executives as requiredIdentify potential areas of conflict and escalate to the Account Director where appropriateBe an informed and authoritative point of contact for key stakeholders to address any contract, transactional or supplier issuesRequirement:Educated to degree level or equivalent3+ years of Advertising Services experienceKnowledge of Print, POSM, Digital and Visual merchandising production is preferredExperience in beauty or luxury goods industry, in either purchasing or production management would be beneficialDetailed oriented, highly organised, have a systematic approach to tasksCapable of working in a fast-paced working environment with excellent project and client management skillsStrong communicator and great teamplayerThe Account Manager will need to be a multi-tasker, be able to use their initiative, and have a problem-solving attitude. This is a role for an outgoing and energetic team player who can also be relied on to operate independently and remain focused under pressure.
