With a focus on social growth, fandom intelligence, and creative content, we drive successful campaigns that resonate with communities and maximize the potential of iconic brands.Position OverviewAs a Account Manager, you’ll own day-to-day relationships with marquee studio and streamer clients, and oversee best-in-class work across social, creative production, creator marketing, events, and data/insights. You bring infectious energy, a proactive, can-do mindset, and the ability to see around corners and predict client needs. You’re the conductor who keeps everything in sync and on track. This a remote role but we are looking for a candidate based in the Los Angeles or California area. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the bridge between the client and the agency - understand client needs and ensure deliverables align with what was promisedTranslate client objectives into smart briefs and measurable scopes of work that ladder up to the goalsSet agendas, lead status/creative reviews, and circulate notes with clear decisions and next stepsOwn and manage timelines, budgets, and resourcing; keep work on scope and on timeAnticipate needs, risks, and approvals.
