As part of our growing global team, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the expansion of Bayegan’s TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) business.We are strengthening our position as a challenging and ambitious global player in the polymer and specialty materials markets.The Product Sales Executive (TPU) will play a key role in developing new markets, expanding customer relationships, and driving profitable growth across our international network.Qualifications;Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration.Experience in Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) sales is highly preferred.Candidates without direct TPU experience must have a strong background in engineering or technical polymers, including application development, product formulation, and processing knowledge.Strong market knowledge and an established customer account portfolio within the industrial and automotive sectors.In-depth understanding of polymer products and raw materials.Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems (preferably SAP), and Salesforce CRM for opportunity and pipeline management.Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to market and customer development.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Results-driven, analytical, and well-organized, with strong planning and execution abilities.Key Responsibilities;Identify and develop new customers and market opportunities in the industrial and automotive sectors.Expand and manage the existing customer portfolio, ensuring long-term business partnerships.Leverage market insight and existing networks to drive growth and improve market penetration.Analyze customer needs and provide optimal TPU-based product solutions and technical recommendations.Collaborate with internal technical and production teams to ensure accurate alignment with customer requirements.Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and price movements to support strategic decision-making.Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and manage the full sales cycle — from quotation to delivery and after-sales support.Use Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate customer data, opportunity tracking, and performance reporting.Report regularly on sales activities, market developments, and progress toward sales targets.Actively contribute to Bayegan’s global TPU business growth and overall innovation-driven market leadership.
