Account Manager

Trademark Industries Inc. & Group of Companies (including Blueprint Promotions) is a leader in the Promotional Products and Branded Merchandising industry.We partner with local vendors and overseas factories to deliver high-quality, innovative products to major retailers and global brands.Our environment is fast-paced, creative, and built on collaboration, where no two days are the same.We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage key retailer accounts, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth.The ideal candidate will bring energy, adaptability, and a proven track record in sales, preferably in promotional products.Responsibilities:Manage and grow major retailer accounts; achieve and exceed sales goalsProspect and contact potential customers, generating new business opportunitiesBuild and deliver effective sales presentations using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and CanvaPrepare proposals, quotes, and detailed product pitchesWork closely with the Graphics, Operations, Warehouse, and Overseas teams to ensure order accuracy and timely deliveryDevelop closing strategies with the company VP to secure key dealsMaintain client communication, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfactionTrack inventory databases and forecast client needsGenerate leads through calls, networking, trade shows, and industry outreachRepresent the company at meetings, events, and presentationsQualifications:3+ years experience in sales (promotional products industry preferred), with existing client relationships an assetStrong understanding of textiles and branded merchandiseExceptional communication and negotiation skills- both written and verbalProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with online toolsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentDriven, results-oriented, and self-motivatedComfortable engaging with high-level decision-makersValid driver’s license and passportBilingual in French is an asset
