Vacancy: Key Account Manager - European Market (Amsterdam Region) An international producer of high-quality power supply and battery solutions is looking for a driven Key Account Manager to strengthen the European sales team. The company is active in industrial automation, telecom, LED lighting, and various other technical applications.Job Description As a Key Account Manager, you will manage and develop key accounts within an assigned European region. You will dive into the product portfolio and translate it into the needs of both existing and new customers. In addition to relationship management, the focus lies on identifying and developing new commercial opportunities. You will work in a team of experienced professionals and young talent, in a culture with short communication lines, strong collaboration, and plenty of room for initiative.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow accounts within your regionApproximately 30% travel for customer visits and projectsIdentify new prospects and assess incoming requestsGuide projects through the full sales cycle (quotations, samples, approvals, production)Coordinate with internal teams on technical, logistical, and financial mattersShare market and competitor insights to support product managementProfileExperience in account management or technical field salesBachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar (or relevant practical experience)Basic knowledge of power supply or battery technology is a plusStrong communication skills; accurate and proactiveIndependent, organized, and not a 9-to-5 mentalityFluent in English; other languages are a plusOfferSalary €3,500 - €6,000 + performance bonus (up to 6 months' salary)100% employer-paid pensionTraining and development opportunitiesSports allowance + company fitness25 vacation daysNew sustainable 8,000m² expansion available from 2027Interested?
