We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for key clients. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of client accounts, building strong relationships, overseeing project execution, and driving account growth. The ideal candidate has prior agency experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary contact for key clients, building long-term relationships through high levels of service and satisfaction.Assess client needs regularly, anticipate challenges, and proactively mitigate potential issues.Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely updates on project progress and critical developments.Strategic PlanningDevelop strategic account plans aligned with client goals and growth objectives.Collaborate with internal creative, media, and production teams to craft integrated campaign strategies that meet KPIs.Suggest innovative ideas and improvements based on data insights and industry trends.Team SupervisionSupervise account teams, ensuring alignment on project workflows, responsibilities, and deadlines.Promote collaboration across disciplines to deliver seamless campaign execution.Project & Operational ManagementManage complex projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring execution on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.Maintain quality control across all deliverables, ensuring adherence to client expectations and brand guidelines.Coordinate internal teams and suppliers to ensure synchronized project execution.Handle and maintain project documentation for accessibility and accuracy.Business Development & Financial ManagementIdentify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling additional services.Lead or contribute to pitches for new business using industry and client insights.Oversee account budgets and financial planning to ensure projects remain within financial parameters.Reporting & AnalysisAnalyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and provide detailed reports to clients and internal teams.Conduct regular client review meetings to discuss outcomes, feedback, and future planning.Professional Development & Industry EngagementStay informed on industry trends, marketing innovations, and competitor activities to keep the agency ahead of the market.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.3-5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or related roles within a marketing communications agency.Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and build strong client relationships.Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.Strong understanding of marketing strategies, trends, and best practices.Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Prior agency experience is a must.
