Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop relationships with clients in the banking, fintech, and digital services sectors.Understand client needs, consult and propose suitable mobile security solutions with BShield.Collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams to ensure quality delivery and service excellence.Identify opportunities to expand revenue from existing clients through upselling and cross-selling.Support go-to-market strategy development, prepare proposals, conduct demos, and deliver client presentations.Monitor account performance, project progress, and client satisfaction.Represent Verichains and BShield at conferences, events, and partner workshops.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Business Development, or Sales professional in the IT, BFSI, or cybersecurity industry.Strong understanding of security solutions for financial and banking enterprises is a major advantage.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English.Proactive mindset, strong customer orientation, and the ability to handle situations with flexibility.Experience working with banking or financial institution clients is a significant plus.Opportunities:Work alongside Vietnam’s leading security engineers and experts.Be part of building and scaling a “Make in Vietnam – Go Global” technology product.
