Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager (Web & Digital Projects) to lead website and digital marketing projects for key client accounts. This role focuses on managing web design, web development, and campaign-related digital work from planning through to launch and optimisation.You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and aligned with both brand and performance goals.RequirementsRESPONSIBILITIESCLIENT MANAGEMENTServe as the primary point of contact for assigned client accountsLead project kick-off meetings and clarify goals, timelines, and deliverablesTranslate client requirements into clear briefs for design and development teamsProvide regular updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycleBuild strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and delivery excellencePROJECT DELIVERYManage end-to-end website projects, including redesigns, new builds, and landing page developmentOversee timelines, budgets, and resource coordinationEnsure work is delivered in accordance with the agreed scope and quality standardsSupport content, UX, and SEO alignment during the build processCoordinate testing, QA, and launch processes to ensure smooth deploymentDIGITAL & PERFORMANCE ALIGNMENTEnsure websites and landing pages are built with performance in mind (SEO structure, mobile responsiveness, page speed)Support the implementation of analytics and basic conversion trackingReview performance data post-launch and recommend improvementsIdentify opportunities to upsell additional services, such as CRO, SEO, or ongoing optimisationINTERNAL COLLABORATIONWork closely with designers, developers, strategists, and content teamsPrioritise tasks and manage competing deadlinesFlag potential risks early and help problem-solve solutionsMaintain clear documentation, including project timelines and scope updatesREQUIREMENTSPrevious experience in account management, digital project management, or digital marketingExperience managing website or digital build projects (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or similar platforms)Strong understanding of how websites support marketing performanceBasic knowledge of SEO principles, website structure, and analyticsStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable working with remote or cross-functional teamsAbility to take ownership and work independently
