ResponsibilitiesWhat You Will Do:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.Understand client needs, propose tailored ICT services (Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Managed Services), and close deals.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and solution selling.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demos.Act as the client’s voice internally to influence service improvement and innovation.Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.RequirementsKey RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields.4+ years experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role — preferably in ICT/Technology Services.Solid understanding of ICT solutions (Cloud Computing, Networking, Cybersecurity, Managed Services).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Highly customer-centric with a proactive problem-solving mindset.Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects while paying attention to detail.Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
