We focus on ensuring employee happiness and work-life balance.Working remotely from France, Germany, Luxembourg or Ireland or from one of our offices in Paris, France, or Iaşi, Romania, join us in contributing to Open Source, European Digital Sovereignty, and a human-centric technology world!What being an Account Manager consists in at XWiki?At XWiki, Account Managers have 3 main responsibilities, which, all together, ensure the success of our clients.Bring in new clients and win new deals : at XWiki, Account Manager are often the first persons that soon-to-be clients get to interact with. You will be responding to contact requests, presenting the XWiki software, and assist leads into finding how XWiki can best serve their needs. As part of this activity, you will:Plan and present demonstrations of XWiki with leadsAnswer technical or organizational questions related to the implementation of XWikiDiscuss budget and timelines for implementing XWikiMake commercial proposalsAccompany clients in their implementation of XWiki. You will be working with experts form our professional services team to kickstart clients in their usage of XWiki:Plan the execution of trainings, consulting missions, or implementation projectsFollow-up on the execution of the services with the client and with our teamControl the financial execution of the project through our time tracking and reporting toolsFollow-up with clients to ensure their success in using XWiki: work with our key accounts to ensure that XWiki is answering their needs at all times.Ensure optimal client satisfaction through their use of XWikiCoordinate joint marketing actions with your accounts (webinars, business cases)Moreover, you will participate in the life of our team. You will use your experience in how XWiki is implemented with our clients to propose improvements to the XWiki software, our offerings, or on how we work together at XWiki. You will also have the opportunity to participate to business or community events to represent our company and the projects XWiki / CryptPad.What would make you the perfect candidate ?You have prior experience in working with Open Source software, either personally or professionally.You have an interest in collaborative tools, new web technologies, and innovative products.You have a fluent English communication, both orally or in writing.You have experience in working directly with clients as part of sales or project management activities. As part of this, are comfortable in making presentations, discuss pain points, be an active listener and understand the needs expressed by our clients.
