We are looking for a detail-oriented Trust Account Officer / Assistant Property Manager to handle the day-to-day trust account administration and support our property management team.⸻Key Responsibilities • Manage sales and rental trust accounts in compliance with regulations • Handle rent and arrears management • Process invoices and payments (business, suppliers, and landlords) • Manage fees, bonds, and banking procedures • Prepare end-of-financial-year statements and audit files • Complete trust account reconciliations and disbursements • Prepare SACAT documentation when required • Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants • Assist with lease documentation, break lease calculations, and admin support • Open, archive, and maintain property files • Review and update operating systems and procedures⸻Requirements • Languages: Mandarin/English • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office with fast typing speed • Knowledge of trust account regulations and compliance standards • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail • Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure • Reliable, patient, and supportive team player • Proactive in suggesting improvements and maintaining high work standards • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities⸻About the RoleYou will be responsible for maintaining accurate trust account records, preparing reports, and ensuring all documentation meets legal and regulatory requirements.
