About the roleEnsure efficient and compliant management of all Accounts Payable activities, with aparticular focus on financial interactions with partner drivers (sole proprietors) and othersuppliers, in accordance with Romanian legislation, internal procedures, and the requirementsof our partner, Bolt.Your Role & ResponsibilitiesRegistering and verifying accounting documents received from collaborators (invoices, contracts, payment requests);Processing payments according to contractual terms, using digital payment and tracking systems;Reconciling balances and maintaining records of supporting accounting documents;Coordinating the digital/physical archiving process and preparing documents for audit purposes;Monitoring payment deadlines and communicating effectively with sole proprietors or other partners regarding financial status; Collaborating with the finance team in Poland for reporting and process alignment;Verifying fiscal details: VAT registration, CAEN code, company status, fiscal activity status;Providing administrative support in managing the relationship with partner drivers (PFA setup, payment inquiries, documentation, etc.); Actively participating in the improvement of accounting and administrative processeswithin the area of responsibility.Skills RequiredMinimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (basic accounting, payments, AP, financial administration);Solid knowledge of basic accounting and fiscal legislation (especially regarding sole proprietors);Experience working with ERP systems and financial platforms (SAP, Oracle, Navision – a plus);Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets;English language – intermediate/advanced level (written and spoken);Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;University degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.Your ProfilePrecision and accuracy in data handling;Responsibility and confidentiality in managing financial information;Clear and professional communication, solution-oriented mindset;Proactiveness and ability to work independently in a remote setup;Adaptability and a drive for continuous process improvement.What do we offerThe chance to shape a brand-new office and be part of building our Romanian operations from the ground upA dynamic environment with room to grow into a leadership role as the local team expandsStable employment and competitive salary based on experiencePrivate medical insurance and meal vouchersProfessional development opportunities and involvement in international projects
