OnTheList works directly with retail brands and official distributors, turning old inventory into opportunity by providing a sustainable way for brands to sell past-season items that would have otherwise ended up in landfills, while providing the best deals and steep discounts to our OnTheList members. Since launching in Hong Kong in 2016, OnTheList has hosted over 5,200 flash sales and has built a community of over 1.3 million members across all regions. As the Assistant Marketing Manager the main objective will be to bring traffic to public sales and manage the invitations for online and offline flash sale events.What We Will Trust You WithThe Account Planning Manager will be the main point of contact for exciting brands, including top-tier conglomerates, throughout their collaboration with OnTheList.The job scope is to maintain and develop the brand portfolio across various categories, and also to strategize and execute business development activities to onboard new brands or reactivate existing ones.Project ManagementEvent planning for both channels, offline in our pop up area and online on our website/mobile application. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event preparation and provide advice during the event to maximize sales and sell-through.Account ManagementMaintain and grow current business partnerships portfolio by fostering and building meaningful relationships with our brand partners’ teams.Provide insight & support to brand partners to grow the business together.Business DevelopmentStrategize and execute business development activities with the team in order to onboard and/or reactivate new exciting brands for our members.Participate to the overall Business Development Strategy for the HK market by presenting quarterly reviewsAdvocating OTL valuesRepresent OTL corporate brand and mission which is to Turn Inventory into OpportunityExpand OTL brand exposure and notoriety by building strong and long-term relationships with brand partnersWhat It Takes5+ years of experience in account management / business development B2B is required Knowledge of the Retail industry, ideally with retail networkExcellent negotiation skills and eager to deliver resultsTarget driven and figure-orientedStrategic thinking and enthusiastic problem solver, autonomous Customer-oriented with growth mindset, able to multi-task Must be a self-starter, organized, clear communication and good teamwork mindset Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointGood command of both written and spoken English and Korean
