In this role, you will utilize your exceptional accounting knowledge and high attention to detail to manage accounts receivables, own customer communications, and assist the accounting team within a fast-paced dynamic environment. This is a full-time remote-friendly opportunity. As Our AR Clerk You Will:Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the accounting systemReview executed customer contracts and update internal recordsPrepare client invoices in accounting software across all legal entities with supporting documentationRespond promptly to clients’ billing inquiries and effectively resolve issues Monitor A/R aging reports to identify overdue accounts and proactively contact clients to facilitate timely collections of paymentsAssist in month-end closing procedures and other accounting tasks as assignedAssist with our annual financial audit and other ad hoc projectsThis is a fully-remote opportunity based in India. Standard work hours are from 11am to 8pm IST, but there is flexibility for some overlap with US hours is required here.You Are Likely To Succeed If you have:At least 1-2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or accounts receivable clerk in a fast-paced environment for a US Company Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keepingExperience with Netsuite accounting software and Salesforce CRM strongly preferredIntermediate Excel skillsKnowledge of US GAAP requiredWhat We Offer:Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits, perks, and a competitive salary: We care about your personal life and we mean it.
