This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, enjoys working with numbers, and values accuracy and teamwork.Your Key Responsibilities:Review and validate billing requests, ensuring information and documents are accurate before processing.Prepare and process invoices in SAP and CargoWise, following internal policies and timelines.Verify rates and billing details to ensure compliance and profitability.Coordinate with Operations and Finance to resolve discrepancies quickly and efficiently.Maintain accurate billing records and support month-end closing and audits.Generate credit notes and manage billing adjustments when required.Support continuous process improvements and assist with ad-hoc finance projects.What We’re Looking For:While 1 years of experience in accounts receivable / billing will be value add, we are open to recent graduates with a relevant Finance or Accounting internship background to apply.Excel Proficiency: Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel will be value add.Attention to Detail: Meticulous and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions and record-keeping.Fluent Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.Collaborative Spirit: Excellent interpersonal skills for positive and productive interactions with customers and internal teams.Additional RequirementsOvertime Flexibility: You are flexible and able to support overtime occasionally, especially during month-end closing periods.What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
