The Account Specialist will manage client accounts, provide top-notch customer service, and handle a variety of finance and account management tasks. Responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring completeness and accuracy in all financial documents. The role also involves liaising with clients to understand their requirements and offering tailored financial solutions.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.Analyze financial data and generate reports.Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.Provide exceptional customer service to clients.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer customized accounting solutions.Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality financial support and services.Qualifications:Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of finance and accounting.Must possess knowledge of QuickBooks and have experience in insurance.Strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in accounting processes.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.Proficiency in accounting and financial software.A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in the consulting industry is a plus.
