Join our TeamAbout this opportunity:We are looking for a professional Account Supply Responsible (ASR) to join GSU MNEA Korea Supply. This position is crucial in ensuring end-to-end delivery from a Supply perspective, advising, and influencing all stakeholders throughout the Supply Chain. The successful candidate will be a trusted Supply business partner to the Core 3 team, responsible for designing an optimal Customer/Contract Supply Chain that meets customer demands, in line with valid laws and regulations, and in line with the Supply Strategy, with all Supply risks assessed. Continually monitoring, controlling, and optimizing the Supply Chain until project closure will be essential to this role.What will you do: Facilitate the monthly Account Demand Review Meeting, lead and support Market Area Forecasting, and ensure documentation and presentation of forecasted demand assumptions. Drive customer Supply chain preparation, such as creating Supply Chain Delivery Plans, identifying resource needs, and handling budgets for Supply Chain Cost. Coordinate Supply chain establishment, initiate and secure supply chain setup, assess Supply Chain Readiness for initial execution, and establish Supply Chain Performance Metrics. Manage Customer Supply Chain Execution, which includes confirming execution follows the Supply Chain Delivery Plan, consolidating updates on progress, adjusting the Supply Chain Delivery Plan as per changes, handling delivery escalation, and monitoring inventory and Supply Chain Performance. Drive Customer Supply Chain Closure, ensuring product take-back, possible buy-back opportunities, and creating a final Supply Chain report. Show leadership by establishing virtual teams, managing and influencing stakeholders, and promoting and executing supply strategy.The Skills You Bring: Supply Chain & Supply Process/Forecasting knowledge and relevant experiences from 7 to 10 years Ericsson Business Process and Business Understanding Deciding and Initiating Actions.
