Job Description

Responsibilities:Acquire and onboard new agents through telesales.Maintain and support existing agents to boost sales performance.Execute sales campaigns and achieve acquisition targets.Drive agent productivity through upselling and training.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any major.Min. 1 year experience in telesales or online sales.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.Target-oriented and familiar with CRM or spreadsheet tools.Adaptive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
