Job Description
Responsible for managing Thai accounting records, preparing financial statements and Thai tax reports, reconciling accounts, supporting audits, and improving accounting processes.Responsibilities:Thai Accounting and Thai Taxation Compliance Responsibilities.Record and review accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and tax regulations.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the statement of financial position, income statement, and cash flow statement.Prepare tax reports such as PP.30, PND.1, PND.3, PND.53, and reconcile tax balances for submission to the Revenue Department.Reconcile bank accounts, cash inflows and outflows, and accounts receivable/payable.Monitor and verify the proper organization and completeness of accounting documents.Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.Improve and develop accounting systems to align with company policies.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.Experience in Thai accounting, financial statement preparation, financial reporting, income/expense accounts, and monthly closing.Knowledge of Thai taxation reporting (e.g., PND.1, 3, 53, PP.30) and ability to prepare all related tax documents.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with accounting software such as XERO or TR CLOUD is a plus.Accounting firm(s) experience is an advantage.Thai and English communication skills are an advantage.
