Accountant-Accounts Receivable (UAEN only)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant - Accounts Receivable- (UAEN only) to join our team at [Wasl]. In this role, Accountant - Accounts Receivable will play a key part in managing and overseeing the accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:Maintain billing system, generate and send out invoices, follow up on, collect and allocate payments, carry out billing.Collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines, perform account reconciliations.Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities, and resolve payment discrepancies. Analysis, review AR aging to ensure compliance.Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records, follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.Process credit card payments, prepare bank deposits, investigate and resolve customer queries, process adjustments.Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts, communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally.Assist with month-end closing, and collect data and prepare monthly metrics Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients.Requirements:UAEN ( fresh graduates ) with a valid Emirates ID.Bachelor's degree in Accounting.1- 2 years Preferred Account Receivable .Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)How to Apply:Interested in taking the next step in your career?
