Dla naszego klienta ERGO Technology & Services poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Accountant (AP/AR).About The RoleWe are looking for an Accountant (AP/AR) who will be responsible for processing invoices, preparing payments, and managing accounts receivable and payable processes. The candidate will support financial closings and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve ongoing issues.How you will get the job doneAccounts Payable: processing incoming invoices, taking into account tax regulations for sales and income taxesAccounts Receivable: preparing outgoing invoices in accordance with sales tax relevant regulations, including the dunning processpreparing outgoing payment transactionsprocessing incoming paymentssupporting closing tasks (quarterly and annual financial statements) in the area of responsibility, e.g. account reconciliationcommunicating with internal customers and external service providers to clarify issues related to day-to-day operationsSkills And Experience You Will Needexcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ideally complemented by advanced knowledge of Germanuniversity degree in business administration or professional training with additional qualification as a certified accountant or an equivalent credentialat least 3 years of experience in the accounting department of an internationally active companyconfident in handling of SAP-FI, ideally with practical experience with Coupabasic knowledge of German tax issues, especially sales taxstrong commitment, service oriented, independent and self-reliant working style, ability to work in a team and to collaborate effectively also virtually, often in international groupsAbout UsERGO Technology & Services S.A.
