We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper/Accountant with a love for numbers to join our team. Role Description We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team.This is a part-time position (3 days per week) offering extensive exposure to our portfolio of brands and is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic and varied workload, is confident with modern accounting technology, and values working within a supportive, professional environment.Responsibilities Completing the weekly bookkeeping and accounts and handling all ongoing queriesPerforming weekly bookkeeping and financial reporting as requiredManaging payroll, including superannuation and payroll taxPreparing monthly/quarterly BAS and IAS statementsMaintaining our inventory system and product costs accurately. RequirementsProficient in Xero, Cin7 and ShopifyExperience working with multiple brands across different industriesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and time management abilitiesAbility to prioritise and manage competing deadlines About YouYou love gin (Or at least, don’t hate it!). There is plenty to learn about this exciting industry, and often space in the tasting panel to discover the many incredible gins that Australia’s craft distillers have to offer. Strong initiative: Keen to get your hands dirty and proven initiative to dig in when opportunities present themselves to make the business better, bigger, and ultimately give our customers an amazing experience at every turn. Collaborative Nature: A team player with excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, embracing constructive feedback and pivoting when required. Autonomy and Organisation: Proficiency in managing multiple projects independently, with strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Passion for Numbers: A genuine passion for numbers, an eye for detail, and a commitment to staying updated on trends and best practices.
