Company: Cottonking Location: Prabhat Road, Pune (Work from Office)About the Role:We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with strong experience in Tally and Excel. The role involves performing day-to-day accounting, reconciliation, and managing financial records. The ideal candidate should have good analytical skills and the ability to handle accounting tasks independently.Key Responsibilities:Handle daily accounting entries in Tally.Perform bank reconciliation, vendor & customer reconciliation regularly.Maintain and update sales, purchase, expense, and payment records.Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and ledger accounts.Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and financial reports as required.Assist in monthly closing and audit preparation.Work closely with the finance team for reporting and compliance requirements.Use Excel for MIS reports, data analysis, and reconciliations.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime (mandatory).Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.).Job Details:Experience: 2 to 3 years of accounting experience.Education: M.Com or equivalent qualification.Good understanding of reconciliation, accounting principles, and ledgers.Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Must be comfortable with a Work from Office role.Job Details:Location: Prabhat Road, PuneWork Type: Full-time, Work from OfficeExperience Level: 2–3 YearsWorking Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)Why Join Us:Opportunity to work with a stable and reputed brand.Exposure to end-to-end accounting and reconciliation processes.Supportive and growth-oriented work environment.
