Role Description The Accountant at Deslog Training & Consulting will handle financial reporting, bookkeeping, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and assisting with budgeting and financial analysis. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Port Harcourt. Qualifications Proficiency in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and preparing financial statements5 years Experience in bookkeeping, managing accounts payable/receivable, and tax complianceStrong working knowledge of financial analysis and budgetingProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, especially ExcelExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAttention to detail and a commitment to accuracyKnowledge of local financial regulations and standardsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA) are a plus
