Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team in Żary, Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, supporting financial forecasting, ensuring accurate reporting, and overseeing balance sheet integrity across multiple business sites.Your ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for workflow and posting of accounting documents (invoices, bank statements, travel allowances).Cooperate with accounting team, improving existing processes and develop new processes as needed.Prepare internal reports (cash flow, AR aging, inventory aging).Prepare external reporting (GUS, NBP).Prepare GL account reconciliations.Issuing sales invoices.Post intercompany settlements.Reconcile loan accounts and post monthly interest, loan settlement entries as per instruction from treasury.Prepare and post month-end journals as required.Review intercompany imbalances and solve differences.Support the annual and interim financial audits.
