You’ll be part of a supportive environment where your expertise contributes to delivering outstanding service to a diverse client base.⸻Key Responsibilities• Prepare financial statements and tax returns for a diverse range of clients• Prepare personal income tax returns for a large base of individuals• Prepare Business activity statements for clients• Assisting clients with a number of different tasks• Reviewing work prepared by junior staff• Assisting senior staff with a variety of tasks• Assist with training and mentoring junior staff• Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to clients• Assist with tax compliance and planning, including ATO liaison• Contribute to improving systems, processes, and workflows• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional client outcomes⸻About You• Tertiary qualification in Accounting or related field• CPA or CA qualified (or working towards)• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in public practice• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and compliance standards• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships• Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities⸻What We OfferAt Easy Accountancy, you will enjoy:• Choice of office location — Newcastle, East Maitland, or Swansea• Competitive remuneration with genuine opportunities for career advancement• Flexible work arrangements that support work–life balance• Professional development and ongoing training• A supportive, approachable team culture built on integrity, collaboration, and trust⸻About UsEasy Accountancy is a locally owned and growing firm, providing accounting and business advisory services across the Hunter and coastal regions.
