Accountant, EMEA

Please note: we can only review candidates who are based nearby Amsterdam.Fusion Worldwide is expanding and we are looking to add an Accounts Payable/Receivable Accountant to the Finance team. You will be responsible for processing invoices in a timely manner, ensuring that they are accurately transferred into the financial system of the company and assisting our Staff Accountant with overall accounting tasks across EMEA. You will gradually overtake major daily tasks of accounting in EMEA for our 3 offices: Amsterdam, Munich and Udine.What you can do for us:Assist with the payment processesCollect outstanding receivables, including working with internal and external stakeholders to close in overdue accountsPrepare of AR aging reports on timely basisCode and process a high volume of invoices into the company financial systemUpload all cash activity into the Great Plains for the EMEA officesWho we're looking for:A high-energy, proactive, and accurate person driven to succeed2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the European market.An individual who can collaborate and is eager to learnProficiency in MS Office PackageFluency in English is requiredExperience with the Great Plains is a plusRelevant experience required (e.g. closing the month and a year, reconsiliation, maintaining cash flow, reporting, processing invoices)Someone who has an ownership approachBenefits:Start your day right with a delicious breakfast served every morning—never work on an empty stomach.
