Accountant

ENPULSION is looking for an Accountant (m/f/x) to join our Finance & Controlling team. In this role you will take on a wide range of responsibilities in daily and weekly accounting. You will support the accurate execution of business transactions, fixed asset accounting, and payment processes. In addition, you will contribute to the optimization of our financial processes and support internal controls as well as the preparation of reports and financial statements.Key responsibilities: Manage ongoing accounting, including processing and reviewing business transactions.Handle fixed asset accounting.Perform account reconciliations and maintain master data.Manage payment transactions (bank, petty cash, credit cards) as well as dunning procedures.Contribute to the optimization and further development of accounting and financial processes.Support the further development of the internal control system (ICS).Assist in preparing investment decisions.Provide ad-hoc reporting.Correspond with customers, suppliers, authorities, auditors, and banks.Support in preparing and creating monthly and annual financial statements.Type of contract: Full-time position with 38-5 hours/weekSalary: The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR 2.668,69 gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 h/week), with a planned significant overpayment in the range of EUR 3000- 3.700 gross per month, depending on your professional experience and qualifications.Your profile:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent (or completed commercial education with Matura / HAK / HLW and further accounting specialization).2+ years of accounting / bookkeeping experience.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.Experience with BMD NTC software is an advantage.Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret financial data and support decision-making.High affinity for numbers, structured and detail-oriented working style.Proactive, hands-on mentality combined with reliability, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.Excellent English communication skills and a very good command of German.Why us?At ENPULSION, you’ll join a young, international team united by a deep passion for space technology and innovation.
