We are seeking an experienced Accountant & Financial Controller to orchestrate all financial operations for our Italian entity and serve as a cornerstone of our business success.Daily Accounting OperationsFull ownership of regular bookkeeping (Payables, Receivables, General Ledger)Coordination of the GBS Team for optimal efficiencyVerification and approval of invoices and payments with precision and responsivenessFinancial Reporting & Month-End CloseAccurate and timely monthly financial closures, including comprehensive reporting and analysis for HeadquartersIn-depth financial analysis and strategic reportingGuardian of financial data reliability and integrityStatutory & Tax CompliancePreparation of annual Statutory reporting (Relazione della Gestione, Nota Integrativa)Management of mandatory statutory requirements: Libro Giornale and corporate booksOversight of fiscal declarations: VAT, Esterometro, 770, Unico, IRAP, Transfer Pricing documentationStrategic InterfaceKey point of contact for Fiscal/Statutory consultants, External Auditors, and Internal AuditIT reference contact for accounting and tax systemsAccounting reconciliations and consistency controlsPayroll & Commission SupportSupport for payroll accounting and salary payments to employees, in liaison with payroll officeCalculation and payment of Sales Agent Commissions in compliance with legal requirements, including year-end withholding taxProfil recherché This Role is Perfect For You If...
