The platform combines a modern trading experience with institutional-grade execution and investor-friendly pricing, enabling individuals to invest confidently across European markets.As an Accountant, you will manage the end-to-end accounting and financial control processes of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity across all financial operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining financial records, overseeing reconciliations, monitoring cash flow, and supporting reporting on brokerage profitability, FX, and margin lending exposure. You will also assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in line with regulatory and internal standards.We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong accounting expertise and practical understanding of the retail brokerage business and listed asset classes, capable of translating complex financial data into actionable insights and maintaining robust financial discipline within a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily cash, trades, and transaction reconciliations between internal records, external liquidity providers, PSPs and bank accounts. Investigate and escalate reconciliation discrepancies in a timely manner.Ensure all transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, conversions, income, expenses and all corporate actions are accurately recorded and bookedAssist in the preparation of periodic financial statements, brokerage profitability, and other reports adhering to strict reporting deadlines.Maintain organized and up-to-date financial  reports.Collaborate with internal stakeholders from brokerage operations and trading.Assist in identifying process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.Support internal and external audit processes as required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.3-5 years of accounting experience, ideally in fund administration, retail brokerage, or financial services.Understanding of financial instruments (equities, ETFs, derivatives).Experience with financial analysis, modelling, and forecasting is a plus.Experience with accounting or reconciliation systems.Analytical and quantitative skills is a plus.Attention to detail and ability to identify financial discrepancies and improvement opportunities.English proficiency is mandatory.Why Join FlexInvest?
