These include assistance with changing universities or courses, free migration assessment services, and support in applying for Permanent Residency (PR), Temporary Residency (TR), Student Visas, or Visitor Visas. The company also evaluates PR eligibility and offers programs such as a Professional Year. Our focus is on providing comprehensive solutions tailored to the unique requirements of each client.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records in a timely mannerManage accounts payable and accounts receivable with proper documentationRecord daily financial transactions and maintain ledgersPrepare monthly bank reconciliations and petty cash statementsAssist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring activitiesEnsure compliance with tax laws, statutory requirements, and company policiesCoordinate with auditors, banks, and relevant external parties when requiredPrepare and maintain MIS reports as guided by the Head of FinanceManage payroll calculations and ensure timely disbursementAssist in implementation and improvement of financial systems and internal controlsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field1–2 years of professional accounting experienceHands-on experience with Xero, Tally, or other accounting softwareStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, reporting, and analysis)Experience in MIS reporting will be preferredExperience working with an Australian company or clients is an added advantageGood communication skills in English (written and verbal)Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and integrity
