Accountant

We’re a fast-growing startup operating across UAE, MENA & US markets, looking for a hands-on Accountant to own cash flow forecasting, P&L accuracy, and financial discipline in a lean, high-growth team.What you’ll do:• Build 8–12 week cash flow forecasts• Own P&L accuracy & GL in Xero• Manage AR, AP & payment runs• Support payroll, audits & UAE/UK tax• Report directly to foundersWhat we need:• 5 years’ experience (startup/tech preferred)• Strong cash forecasting skills• Solid P&L vs balance sheet understanding• Mandatory: Xero experience• Strong Excel / Google Sheets
