As an Accountant, you’ll maintain reliable financial records, support financial planning, and deliver insights that help drive smarter business decisions.Benefits and CompensationPermanent Work from HomePaid Time OffMonthly Performance BonusAnnual BonusHealth AllowanceWhat you’ll doFinancial accuracy & compliance: Maintain precise ledgers and supporting documents; ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.Closings & reconciliations: Perform monthly/quarterly/year-end closings, reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure complete documentation.Reporting & analysis: Prepare financial statements and management reports; monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.Budgeting & planning support: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.AP/AR & payroll assistance: Process accounts payable/receivable transactions; support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.Tax & audit coordination: Maintain tax records, support tax filings, and collaborate with internal teams and external auditors.Process improvement: Recommend enhancements to financial processes, reporting workflows, and internal controls.What you’ll bringBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProven experience as an Accountant or similar roleStrong knowledge of accounting principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirementsProficiency with accounting software and strong Excel/spreadsheet skillsExceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizationAnalytical thinker with the ability to identify issues and propose solutionsClear written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism and integrity with confidential informationPreferred skillsExperience with cloud-based accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite)Knowledge of tax compliance and local regulatory requirementsProfessional certification (CPA, CMA) is a plusNote: This job is for talent pipelining purposes for roles anticipated to open in January.
