Our collaborative and inclusive work environment encourages creativity and growth, where every employee's contribution is valued.About The RoleEnsure accurate local accounting, monthly closing, and tax compliance, while providing support to international subsidiaries as required.Job Requirements3–6 years of experience in local accounting and taxation.Knowledge of local accounting and fiscal regulations.Intermediate English proficiency.Experience in ERP systems and strong Excel skills.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee and execute month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local GAAP/IFRS requirements.Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals to ensure completeness and timely submission.Analyze financial results, identify variances, and provide explanations to management.Ensure completeness and accuracy of balance sheet and P&L statements during each closing cycle.Coordinate the preparation and submission of local tax returns (e.g., VAT, corporate tax, payroll taxes) within statutory deadlines.Maintain and update compliance documentation to meet regulatory and internal policy standards.Liaise with external tax advisors and government authorities on tax-related matters.Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing requested documentation and explanations.Ensure audit findings are addressed promptly by implementing corrective actions.Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance accuracy through automation and standardization.Lead or participate in system enhancements, ERP upgrades, and workflow optimization initiatives.Job BenefitsCompetitive salary! 💶Opportunities to grow within a company in hypergrowth stage 📈Additional days of holidays! ✈At least one day of home office per week!💻Individual development plans 🚀Excellent work environment and good collaboration ✌️Free coffee/tea, fruits and snacks from the company ☕🥐🍎Possibility to increase your net salary through our flexible retribution partner! 🍕
