They are a team of 3 accountants + the CFO.You will be part of a solid international group offering excellent working conditions.You’ll be able to work on SAP.Location: Brussels airport, easily accessible by public transport + parking.Salary: 3000 – 3800€ monthly gross depending on profile (x13.92).Package IncludesGroup Insurance and hospitalizationBonusMeal vouchers: €8Max 2 days of home office, ideally 1 dayFlexible hours35 hours contract worked 36h. 20 holidays +6 ADVEco voucherTransport subscriptionResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable: assisting with the correct booking of incoming invoices and expense notes, and helping to ensure timely supplier payments. Accounts Receivable: supporting the invoicing process and helping to follow up on outstanding customer invoices.Month-End Closing & Cost Analysis: contributing to month- and quarter-end closings by preparing data and assisting with cost analysis.Reporting: helping to prepare financial reports and overviews.Company Administration: supporting the bookkeeping of several smaller entities.Fixed Assets: assisting with the registration and monitoring of fixed assets and learning to apply depreciation rules.Tax & Declarations: preparing draft VAT returns and other declarations under supervision.Cash Management: uploading bank transactions and assisting in monitoring cash positions.Audit & Annual Accounts: supporting the team during audits and assisting with the preparation of annual accounts.Your ProfileYou have minimum 2 years of experience in GL Accounting.Ideally, you have experience within a retail company.You are autonomous, rigorous, organized, and flexible.You enjoy teamwork.You have excellent Excel skills.SAP knowledge is a strong asset.You speak French and/or Dutch, with an intermediate command of the other language being an advantage.If this sounds like you, apply now!Don’t hesitate and send your CV to loicgosse@linkingtalents.be or call me at 0466 90 04 56!!!
