Accountant Manager/ Leader (Marketing Agency)

About CompanyMy client is a start-up marketing services company based in Ho Chi Minh City, specializing in delivering innovative marketing solutions across multiple industries.We are seeking an experienced Accountant Manager/Leader. Be responsible for the company’s financial reports and ensure accuracy and compliance with legal regulations.Provide explanations and justifications regarding financial data and transactions to relevant government authorities when required.II. Salary range: 30,000,000 - 50,000,000 VNĐ (GROSS)III. Key Responsibilities:Organize and manage the accounting system of the company to record and account for all business transactions, continuously improving efficiency and ensuring compliance with accounting and statistical regulations.Prepare and submit all accounting, statistical, and tax reports (including VAT, CIT, and Withholding Tax) accurately and on time as required by law and company regulations.Plan, organize, monitor, and improve management accounting activities to ensure operational and financial efficiency.Disseminate and guide the implementation of financial and accounting regulations issued by the State across all relevant company departments.Supervise the preservation and archiving of accounting documents and financial data.Develop and implement training and development plans to improve the professional competence of accounting staff.Manage and monitor the company’s budgeting activities, ensuring proper allocation and control.Participate in financial planning and make short-term financial decisions to support company goals.IV. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 02 years in a supervisory or chief accountant role.Certificates (mandatory):Chief Accountant Certificate (required)Additional professional certifications (CTA, CPA, etc.) are preferred.
