We're committed to becoming the most trusted and sustainable business in Ireland, and we're looking for dynamic, forward-thinking individuals to join us on this journey.As we continue our journey toward becoming Ireland’s most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our Finance team as an Accountant.The Qualified Accountant will support the Senior Accountant in all areas of financial reporting.What you'll be doing:Timely and accurate preparation of monthly/quarterly accounts for CoCo (Company Owned Company Operated) stores.First review of management accounts before presentation of same to Senior Accountant and Divisional FC and/or Head of Finance.Responsible for period end routines and journal entries across multiple sitesResponsible for quarterly Intercompany reconciliations and ensuring timely intercompany settlements.Ownership of Balance Sheet accounts for reporting entity and responsibility for reconciliation and Group ReportingRevenue return preparation & submission in accordance with Revenue deadlinesComplete interim & year end audits in accordance with tight deadlines acting as a point of contact for auditor queriesIdentify and assess risks and inefficiency throughout the businessAct as a point of contact for store queriesOther Ad Hoc duties on requestWhat we'er looking for:Qualified Accountant with membership of a professional body e.g. ACA / ACCA / CIMA2-3 minimum years experience working in finance functionAmbitious self-starter with positive attitude, committed to pursuing a career in accountancy and a desire to progress within the organisationAttention to detail with strong financial and analytical skillsAbility to demonstrate experience in working in a fast paced environmentAbility to plan and prioritise workloads to agreed deadlinesAbility to communicate effectively at all levels within the businessAbility to demonstrate strong initiative and an achievement orientated approach to resultsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially with respect to large data setsDesirable:Use of Dynamics 365 Business Central, Blackline & Oracle financial systemsWhy Musgrave: Career Development: With a commitment to your personal and professional growth, Musgrave offers numerous opportunities for advancement and learning.Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a passionate team, where your contributions will make a significant impactInnovation Focus: Be part of a company that values forward-thinking solutionsCommunity Focus: Be part of a company that truly values its communities and strives to make a positive impact.Be Part of a Legacy: Join a company with a long-standing commitment to community and innovation.Are you ready to make a difference?
