This role will be a significant contributor to the accounting and reconciliation of our Treasury, Debt, and Adjacent Services operations.What You’ll DoPrepare journal entries for our Treasury, Debt, and Adjacent Services operations in NetSuiteReconcile property settlement statements to cash paid or receivedInvestigate and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with title agenciesPrepare month-end balance sheet reconciliations, supporting schedules and fluctuation analysesPrepare journal entries for cash transactions and reconcile cash to bank statementsAssist with Opendoor's financial statement preparation and financial statement audit Identify and implement process improvements through automation to support the company’s growing business operations Bonus points if you have Real estate accounting experienceNetSuite or other ERP experienceLicensed CPA or CPA candidateBasic understanding of SQLAbout us….
